Katie Sweet, CPP has a diverse work experience in various roles related to payroll and human resources. Katie is currently working as the Director of Global Payroll and Benefits at ZipRecruiter since August 2022. Before that, they were a Global Payroll Mentor at the Global Payroll Association, where they provided mentorship and guidance to professionals in the industry. Prior to that, they worked at Twilio Inc. as a Bar Raiser, ensuring unbiased hiring practices, and later as the Director of Global Payroll. Katie also has experience as the Senior Payroll & HRIS Manager at Intrepid Potash and as the Director of Payroll at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. Kate Sweet has further worked as a Payroll Manager at The Integer Group and CIBER, Inc. Katie began their career as the Director of Customer Relations at ON Systems, LLC and as the Office Manager at Custom Landscapes of Colorado.

Katie Sweet, CPP has a thorough education history. Katie attended Alameda High School from 1989 to 1992 and obtained a Diploma. Following that, they enrolled in Red Rocks Community College from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Psychology. Katie further pursued their education at the University of Colorado Denver from 1994 to 1996, focusing on Psychology. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification of Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in April 2018.
