Senior Customer Success Manager at Zivver

Cosmea de Vriend is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Zivver, starting in October 2022. Cosmea de Vriend completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Health Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 2011 and 2014. Cosmea then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management, Policy Analysis and Entrepreneurship in Health and Life Sciences (2-years track) from the same university from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, they have acquired various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in different areas. Cosmea obtained the Lean Orange Belt certification from EY in July 2022. In February 2021, they attained a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute. In June 2020, they completed the Business Analysis Fundamentals course from Udemy. In October 2019, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org. Cosmea'scertification in Human-Centered Service Design (Design Thinking) was obtained from +Acumen in November 2018. Cosmea also holds a PRINCE2 Foundation certification from Global Knowledge, which they obtained in February 2018.

Furthermore, Cosmea de Vriend has recently achieved the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in May 2023.
