Zoe Shearwood

Zoe Shearwood's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Zoe currently holds the position of Head of QA and Release at Zivver since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BT as a Technical Delivery Specialist from October 2019 to June 2022. Zoe also served as the Head of Operations and Delivery at Key IVR from May 2018 to October 2019. Before that, they had multiple roles at Plusnet, including Strategic Release Manager, Engineering/Release Lead, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, and Quality Assurance Engineer. Zoe'searliest work experience was as a Systems Analyst (University Placement) at Backup Technology from June 2010 to October 2010. Zoe also worked as a Liberator at Sheffield City Council from September 2007 to September 2008.

Zoe Shearwood attended Sheffield College from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a BTEC National award for IT Practitioners with a focus on Networks & IT Practitioner. Following that, they attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2009 to 2012 and completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours degree in Business Information Systems.

In addition to their formal education, Zoe has obtained several certifications. Zoe became Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through agil8 in August 2021. In December 2020, they earned a PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner Certified qualification from PeopleCert and a PRINCE2® Foundation Certified qualification from QA Ltd. Zoe has also completed ISTQB Certified training with QA Ltd and ISTQB Foundation Training with BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Zoe has received training in PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner as well as PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training, both from QA Ltd.
