Smita Reddy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Smita is currently the Head of Customer Success at Zluri since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Chargebee from 2019 to 2022, where they held positions such as Manager and Lead of Customer Success. Smita also has experience at HCL Services Ltd, where they served as the Manager of Corporate Strategy from 2015 to 2019. At HCL, they spearheaded a Customer 360 program, implemented self-service and self-heal solutions, and redesigned the Field Force Automation system. Before that, Smita worked at KPMG India as an Assistant Manager of Strategy & Performance and as a Consultant from 2012 to 2015. Smita started their career as an Intern-Consultant at Arghyam in 2011, working on the India Water Portal project. Overall, Smita Reddy has developed a strong background in customer success, corporate strategy, and performance management.

Smita Reddy completed their MBA in Strategy & Marketing from the Asian Institute of Management in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Counselling Skills from Banjara Academy in 2009-2010, specializing in Human Behaviour.
