Jürgen Heilmaier

Jürgen Heilmaier started their work experience in February 1995, working for different local software companies as a Software developer and Project Manager mainly in the semiconductor industries. Jürgen primarily worked with languages like C and Java, and gained experience with lean development methodologies like XP and Scrum. In August 2003, they joined znt Zentren für Neue Technologien GmbH, where they initially worked in Development and then transitioned to managerial and leadership roles. Jürgen managed projects, led teams, and coached them in agile approaches such as Scrum, Software Kanban, and their own iterative ZNT Implementation Methodology. Jürgen'swork at znt is ongoing.

Jürgen Heilmaier pursued their education from 1988 to 1993 at Hochschule Landshut, where they earned a diploma in engineering (Dipl-Ing (FH)) with a specialization in automation technology.
