Lucia della Ventura

Lucia della Ventura serves as the Head of Compliance at Zodia Markets since October 2023 and is a member of the Technology, Law and Society Research Group at Trinity College Dublin. As an International Research Fellow at English, Lucia focuses on Artificial Intelligence Regulation. Previous roles include Legal & Compliance Manager at Haycen, where responsibilities encompassed managing legal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing IT legal frameworks. Lucia founded NeWorth, specializing in Intellectual Property and New Technology Law for the music industry. With experience as a lecturer at Trinity College Dublin, Lucia's educational background includes advanced degrees in law and specialized training in competition law and anti-money laundering.
