James Jones

James (JT) Jones is an experienced general manager and corporate trainer with a background in retail and operations management. Currently serving as General Manager at Zoes Kitchen since August 2014, James plays a key role in developing new assistant general managers and general managers across the nation, alongside managing store operations. Previously held positions include General Manager Operations at Discount Cars and Trucks and various sales roles at hhgregg and Moorehead Communications Inc. James possesses degrees in Human Resources Management from Colorado Technical University and a background in Computer Science. James's career began in the U.S. Army Engineer School, where service as a Specialist provided foundational skills.
