Vadim Golod

Vadim Golod is the Head of IT Portfolio Management at Zoetis since January 2022, overseeing VMRD, PAH, and Reference Labs. Prior to this role, Vadim served as Principal & Delivery Leader at Talent Source Inc. from 2014 to 2021, providing independent consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies in IT and business strategy, PMO operations, and digital transformation. Experience includes positions at NCR Corporation as Professional Services Client Partner and Director, executing global transformational initiatives and managing program delivery, as well as leading a Workday Global HCM Cloud Implementation. Vadim has also held roles at RELX, North Highland, SunTrust Bank, Randstad USA, Randstad Technologies US, and Accenture, contributing to various projects focused on organizational change, technology integration, and client relationships. Vadim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University.
