Cao Hiếu

Cao Hiếu has worked as a Software Engineer at Zoi since November 2021, where they play multiple roles including system administration and developing business processes for customers using the Atlassian stack. Cao is involved in researching and applying technologies for businesses, integrating data for external services, and supporting operating systems. Cao has a deep understanding of Jira events and workflows, and is skilled in working with Script Runner for behaviors, scripted field, jobs, and listeners. Prior to Zoi, they worked as a Senior Java Developer at Orient Software Development Corp. from September 2019 to October 2021, a Java Developer at Axon Active Vietnam from July 2018 to September 2019, a Java Developer at ITSOL.,JSC from February 2018 to June 2018, and a Java Developer at FPT Software from December 2016 to February 2018.

Cao Hiếu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Information Technology, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2017, they obtained the "MCD - Integration and API Associate" certification from MuleSoft. In 2018, Cao Hiếu acquired the "Webservice with jersey" certification, although the institution from which they obtained it is unknown. More recently, in November 2022, they obtained the "JQL for Admins" certification from Atlassian.
