Dr. Christopher Chamberlain

Dr. Christopher Chamberlain has a diverse range of work experience in various roles related to human resources and leadership. Dr. Christopher currently serves as the VP People and Culture at Zolar. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of People (Interim) at Jobandtalent. Dr. Chamberlain also held the position of VP People at SimScale from 2019 to 2021. Dr. Christopher has prior experience in HR and international roles at s.Oliver Group and as a Lecturer and Academic Director of International Programs at MBS. In 2011, they founded and served as the CEO and Leading Partner of DiversoMind. Additionally, Dr. Chamberlain worked as an HR and Learning Consultant for various interim projects and served as a Development and Learning Officer at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars from 2004 to 2007.

Dr. Christopher Chamberlain obtained their Doctor of Business Administration degree from Sheffield Hallam University from the year 2015 to 2019. Earlier in their education, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Portsmouth. Additionally, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the same university. As part of an ERASMUS Exchange program, Dr. Chamberlain studied Business Administration at Lund University. Prior to that, they completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Engineering (Business and Technology) from Coventry University. As part of their earlier education, Dr. Chamberlain also acquired an Advanced GNVQ in Information Technology from Worcester College of Technology.
