Serbanu Balci

Serbanu Balci has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Studentische Hilfskraft im Bereich Content Production & E-Commerce at E. Breuninger GmbH & Co. in December 2016, and worked there until December 2017. In 2019, they joined Experience One AG as a Junior Content Manager and stayed with the company until September 2020. In 2020, Serbanu Balci joined TIER Mobility, initially taking on the role of Warehouse Manager from September to November, and then transitioning to Junior Operations Manager from November 2020 to December 2021. They were later promoted to Operations Manager, a position they held until July 2023. Currently, Serbanu Balci is working as a Partner Operations Manager at zolar, starting in July 2023.

Serbanu Balci attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Betriebswirtschaft & Wirtschaftspsychologie. In September 2021, they obtained a certification called "Inicio TPMBA ENG Harvard" from ThePowerMBA.
