Katie Lister has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Katie began their career in 2002 as an Optical Systems Mechanical Engineering Co-op at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Katie then worked as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Bluefin Robotics in 2003. In 2004, they joined GE Aviation as a Mechanical Systems - Mechanical Engineering Co-op.

At GE Aviation, Katie held various positions starting from 2005, including roles such as Design Engineer, Technical Program Manager - Field Service Engineering, Product Support Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Product Support Engineering Model Leader. In 2018, they became the Global Commercial Rotorcraft Customer Service Leader before transitioning to ZOLL Medical Corporation later that year.

At ZOLL Medical Corporation, Katie first served as the Operational Excellence Leader from December 2018 to June 2021. In June 2021, they assumed their current position as the Director of Global Customer Experience.
