Joana Barczinski

Joana Barczinski has a comprehensive work experience in HR and talent acquisition. Joana is currently serving as the HR Lead - People Partner, Talent Acquisition & DE&I at Zoop since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of People Partner & Talent Acquisition Lead at Zoop from January 2022 to January 2023, and Talent Acquisition Lead from September 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Zoop, Joana worked at L'Oréal for several years. Joana served as an HR Business Partner for L'Oréal Luxe from August 2019 to September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr Talent Acquisition Analyst, focusing on employer branding and young talent initiatives from October 2017 to July 2019. Joana also worked as a Sr Recruiter, where they managed the full life-cycle recruitment processes and played a key role in talent acquisition strategies, from March 2016 to September 2017.

Earlier in their career, Joana worked as a Sr Recruiter at 2GET Executive Search from May 2013 to May 2015, and as a Recruiter at Fesa Global Executive Search Transforming Leadership from February 2012 to May 2013.

Joana Barczinski completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2004 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2012 to 2014.
