Pamela Händler

Pamela Händler's work experience includes serving as an NLP Master, Business Coach, and Mentor, as well as a ZENSPOTTING Ambassador since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at zooplus as the Head of Active Sourcing and Employer Branding, Business Coach, and HR Business Partner from January 2018 to the present. Pamela was also self-employed as an Executive Search specialist from September 2014 to June 2015. From May 2013 to September 2014, they worked as an HR Manager at Privatbank Donner & Reuschel Aktiengesellschaft. Before that, they were an HR Manager at E.ON Inhouse Consulting GmbH from September 2008 to December 2012. Finally, they served as a Referent to the Board and HR Development specialist at Dr. HOEHER-Team Consulting from November 2007 to August 2008, where they were involved in various HR tasks such as assessment center and recruiting, leadership tool development, and conducting team and leadership workshops.

Pamela Händler's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. In 2001-2006, they attended The University of Göttingen, where they obtained a Magister degree in Pedagogy, Business and Social Psychology, and Gender Studies. In 2015, they completed the Fitness Trainer B License from BSA-Akademie. From 2017-2018, they attended Coaching Akademie Heidi Reimers and earned a degree in Systemic Business Coaching. In 2020-2021 and 2022, they pursued training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming / mindvisory GmbH, completing the NLP Practitioner and NLP Master programs respectively.
