Philipp Praschak began their work experience in 2012 as a Working Student in SME Consultancy at Bayerische Forschungsallianz GmbH. In 2013, they interned in Human Resource Management at BMW Group. In 2014, they joined zooplus, where they held various roles over the years, including Junior HR Business Partner (Tech), Coordinator Human Resources, and Team Lead HR Operations & Systems. Philipp then progressed to Head of HR Operations and eventually became the Head of HR Operations, Systems & Reward.
Philipp Praschak completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Agile HR Manager from HR Pioneers GmbH, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, Professionelles Führen from PROAKTIV Management GmbH, Strategic HR Leadership from eCornell, and Workday HCM Fundamentals from Workday.
