Katy Vanderlaan

Katy Vanderlaan has a diverse work experience across various industries. Their most recent position is as the Director of Customer Success at Zoovu, where they currently work. Before this, they were the Head of Customer Success at Sevco Security, where they built and improved the customer journey, support system, and onboarding process. Prior to that, Katy worked as a Customer Success Manager at Sumo Logic, where they helped integrate the JASK platform and trained the customer success team. Katy also had a role as a Founding Customer Success Manager and Business Development at JASK (now Sumo Logic), where they assisted in building customer success practices and managed relationships with SMB and enterprise accounts. Katy started their career as a Sales Development Representative at memoryBlue and as the Director of GSD at we.moxie. Katy also has experience as a Utilization Management Coordinator at Fresenius Medical Care North America and as a Social Media Intern at Digital Writing and Research Lab.

Katy Vanderlaan has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Rhetoric and Writing with a minor in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin. Katy also obtained a certification in Elements of Computing from the University of Texas in 2015.
