Engineering

The Engineering team at Zoox is responsible for developing and optimizing the complex systems required for a fully autonomous, purpose-built fleet. This includes computer-aided engineering (CAE), simulation, environmental health and safety (EHS), security, prediction and behavior machine learning (ML), computer vision, sensor fusion, and perception validation. They also work on innovation in package and studio engineering, system testing, product security, diagnostics, calibration, localization, mapping, and electrical integration to ensure the seamless operation and safety of Zoox's autonomous vehicles.
