Chris Barker has extensive experience in operations and management in the food industry. Chris began their career at Basic American Foods in 2002 as a Planner, and over the years, they held various roles with increasing responsibilities. Chris served as a Strategic Planning Manager, where they designed and implemented system improvements and managed strategic production and packaging plans. Chris then became a Manufacturing Manager at the Shelley Facility, where they streamlined operations, achieved safety compliance, and won two Lean President's Cups. Chris later became the Plant Manager in Moses Lake, where they successfully managed projects, reduced costs, and trained high-quality staff. In 2017, they joined ZoRoCo Packaging as the Director of Operations.

Chris Barker received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2009. Chris then obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University from 2016 to 2018.
