Hillary Rivera

Hillary Rivera is the current Account Manager at Zuar. Hillary has also worked as Senior Data Scientist at Data Tapestry from December 2019 to December 2020 and as Account and Sales Director at Reviewbox from May 2017 to December 2019.

At Data Tapestry, they assisted with developing new business partnerships by expanding existing business solutions and evaluating new opportunities where they could supply custom technical solutions. Hillary also led and consulted with business stakeholders on building a methodology and creating a technical process that would improve the allocation of $100M in stipend and bonus dollars. Lastly, they served as business liaison between their internal resources and their anchor client in order to maintain project scope, track progress on initiatives, provide documentation to stakeholders, and ensure that work was balanced amongst the team.

At Reviewbox, they led and managed the sales pipeline by qualifying incoming leads, conducting product demos, assisting with trial starts, and closing deals. Hillary also improved inbound lead capture by writing content to improve their site’s SEO and marketed their product to existing and potential customers through their blog. Furthermore, they managed and trained a support team to help customers with ongoing training and custom analytic business solutions. Lastly, they facilitated new partnerships for the business by connecting with individuals in the local and business community on projects and new initiatives.

Hillary Rivera has a Master of Business Analytics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Master of Public Health from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Hillary also has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas.
