Tshepang Melk

Tshepang Melk has experience as an Operations Manager and Logistics Manager at Zulzi since March 2021. In this role, Melk is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for 170 drivers and monitoring driver performance to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements. Prior to Zulzi, Melk worked at MultiChoice Group from October 2012 to August 2019 as a Customer Care Team Leader and Customer Service Agent. Melk has a Call Centre Learnership NQF2 from Bytes People Solutions, a National Diploma in Office Management and Supervision from Academy of York, and a Contact Centre Operations NQF4 from Project Management Institute.
