Mishika Shah

Mishika Shah has a strong background in product management and business analysis. Mishika started their career as a Business Analyst at Atos, where they identified gaps in the home loan system and helped reduce application turnaround time. Mishika then worked as a Product Manager at Dimension Data, where they gained experience in managing products. Their next role was at 5paisa, where Mishika excelled as a Product Manager. Mishika outlined the vision for mutual funds and personal loans, created a strategic product roadmap, and managed projects and teams through all phases of the software development life cycle. Mishika also collaborated with stakeholders to ensure business requirements were met and integrated various technologies to enhance the user experience and increase customer stickiness. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at Züm Rails, where they are responsible for managing product development.

Mishika Shah completed an MBA(tech) in Information Technology from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2014 to 2019. In 2020, they pursued a degree in Financial Planning at Seneca College. Additionally, they also obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in International Business from Seneca College in the same year.
