Faten Ben Gazdallah

Faten Ben Gazdallah has a strong background in consulting and technical roles. Faten is currently working as a Solution Architect at Zuora since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant Expert at Logiclever from 2020 to 2022. Faten served as a Pilote Transverse at Groupe SII from 2014 to 2020. Faten also worked at Capgemini in different roles, including Business Analyst CRM/Billing in 2014, Consultant AMOA/Recette Billing from 2012 to 2014, Technical Team Lead from 2009 to 2012, and Ingénieur conception/développement from 2007 to 2009.

Faten Ben Gazdallah began their education in 1998 at Lycée pilote de l'Ariana in Tunis, where they earned a Bac in Mathematics, which they completed in 2002. Faten then attended IPEST in La Marsa, Tunisie from 2002 to 2004, where they studied at the Institut préparatoire aux études scientifiques. Following this, they pursued their degree in Ingénieur Génie Logiciel at ENSEIRB in Bordeaux, which they completed from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Faten Ben Gazdallah has obtained several certifications. In 2010, they obtained the Goethe-Zertifikat A2 from the Goethe-Institut Tunis. Faten later achieved the Professional Scrum Product Owner I and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certifications from Scrum.org in February 2020. In April 2020, they completed certifications in "Découvrir le design thinking," "La transformation digitale: Implémentation en entreprise," "Les fondements de la transformation digitale," and "Thriving @ Work: Leveraging the Connection between Well-Being and Productivity" from LinkedIn. Faten further achieved the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from PeopleCert in August 2020 and the SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2020. Faten'smost recent certification is the Zuora Revenue Analyst from Zuora University, which they obtained in November 2022.
