Rachel English

Head Of Customer Experience at Zuora

Rachel English has extensive work experience in customer success and development programs. Rachel most recently served as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at Zuora, where they had been working since 2015. Prior to that, Rachel worked as the Co-Founder and Vice President of Customer Success at Frontleaf from 2013 to 2015. Rachel also held positions as the Director of Customer Success at Blackbaud and Convio, and as a Director of Development at Tipping Point Community and UCSF Comprehensive Cancer Center. Rachel began their career at Headlight.com as a Business Development Programs Manager.

Rachel English attended Vassar College from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociolinguistics. Prior to attending college, they completed their high school education at Westborough High School from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Rachel has obtained several certifications, including SQL Scripting Fundamentals from AcademyX Computer Training in March 2017, Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in December 2012, Certificate in Fundraising Management from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in January 2006, and Open Water Scuba Diver from PADI in September 1991.
