Sr Program Manager, Customer Experience at Zuora

Stacie McKee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Assistant Spa Manager at Aria Spa & Club, where they managed daily operations and implemented new procedures and training. From 2002 to 2004, they served as an Event Coordinator at Henry Aviation, organizing transportation logistics for corporate clients and government officials at high-profile auto races. From 2004 to 2006, Stacie worked as a Litigation Assistant at Clark, Thomas & Winters, supporting attorneys and paralegals in product liability defense litigation.

Moving into the non-profit sector, Stacie joined United Way Capital Area in 2006. As a Corporate Relations Coordinator, they managed logistical aspects of special events and improved campaign management processes. Later, as a Senior Operations Manager, they executed annual giving campaigns and cultivated positive relationships with corporate partners.

In 2010, Stacie joined Convio, where they held multiple roles. As a Program Associate, they created and launched client user groups and managed all related communications. Later, as a Senior Program Manager, they built a programmatic account management model for the Common Ground product line.

Stacie then moved to Blackbaud in 2013, taking on the role of Sr Client Success Manager for the Common Ground product. Stacie was responsible for the successful migration of clients and collaborated with multiple departments to retain clients, achieving an overall client retention rate of 42%.

Currently, Stacie is working at Zuora as a Sr Program Manager in Customer Experience, a position they started in 2022.

Stacie McKee earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University between 1996 and 2000.
