Sylvia Barboza Lexington

Sylvia Barboza Lexington has extensive experience in corporate law. Sylvia began their career as a Bank Officer at Wells Fargo Bank from 1996 to 1998. Sylvia then worked as a Summer Law Clerk at Community Legal Aid Services in 1999. From 2001 to 2007, they served as a Senior Corporate Associate at Fenwick and West. Subsequently, they worked as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Synopsys from 2008 to 2012. Sylvia then joined SGI as an Associate General Counsel from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as Managing Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Intel Corporation. Currently, they are associated with Zuora, where they started as Deputy General Counsel, Securities and Corporate Governance from 2018 to 2020, and currently serves as VP & Deputy General Counsel, Corporate since November 2020.

Sylvia Barboza Lexington holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained between 1995 and 1997. Sylvia later pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, completing their studies from 1998 to 2001.
