Natasha Kitson Mrics

Natasha Kitson MRICS is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and commercial property operations. Currently serving as Head of CRE&WS Portfolio Management for Europe at Zurich Insurance since March 2019, Natasha oversees lease events and transactions within Zurich's UK operational portfolio, focusing on office relocations, acquisitions, and disposal options. Prior to this, Natasha worked as a Senior Surveyor and UK Real Estate Manager at CBRE UK from April 2017 to March 2019, managing mixed-use commercial properties and handling service charge budgets and tenant disputes. Natasha began their career as a Chartered Surveyor at Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP, where responsibilities included portfolio reshaping and asset management after qualifying in May 2016. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Property Management and Investment from the University of the West of England, where graduation occurred in July 2013.
