Michael Job

Michael Job has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Michael started their career as a Student at California Polytechnic State University, where they graduated with a degree in Industrial Technology. Michael then worked as a Lean Facilitator for Chevron BP, where they managed lean six sigma programs for multiple oil leases. Following that, they joined Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, starting as a Lean Engineer and later progressing to roles such as Program Manager, Manager of New Product Development PMO, and Director of the New Product Development PMO. In their current role as Director of Commercial Continuous Improvement, Michael is responsible for overseeing the improvement of New Product Development tools, processes, and program management methodology at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions.

Michael Job attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology.
