Markus Loeb

Markus Loeb has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in customer success, customer services, and professional services. Markus is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Zvoove. Prior to this, they were the Vice President Customer Services at Matrix42, where they led professional service teams and implemented agile services. Markus also worked as the Head of Customer Operations EMEA (SMB) at EFI and Vice President Professional Services DACHEE at Lexmark Enterprise Software. Before that, they held leadership positions at ReadSoft AG and Matrix42 AG, where they oversaw customer services and professional services in EMEA. Markus Loeb also worked as a Principal Consultant at Open Connect AG and held various roles at EMC, Thomas Cook AG, and Linotype Library GmbH. In their role as IT Manager at Linotype Library GmbH, they were responsible for restructuring IT teams, implementing security policies, and introducing the corporate B2B webshop and portal.

Markus Loeb obtained a Bachelor of Business Management and Administration degree from the Graduate School of Business Administration Zurich in 2002, with a specialization in Economics. Markus also holds a certification in ITIL V4 Foundation from SERVIEW GmbH.
