Rupashree has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of product design, strategy, mentoring, speaking, and writing. RUPASHREE currently holds the position of Principal - Product Design & Strategy at Zycus and has been in this role since 2021. In addition, they have served as a Mentor and Speaker at the Institute of Product Leadership and Designerrs | UI UX Design Academy, providing guidance and sharing their expertise. Rupashree has also worked as a Design Columnist at DesignWhine Magazine in 2021, showcasing their writing skills. In their previous roles, they held positions such as Lead UX Strategist and User Experience Lead at Fractal ink Design Studio, where they contributed to the strategic planning and implementation of user experiences. RUPASHREE also worked as a UX Strategist and Design Lead at McKinsey & Company. Earlier in their career, Rupashree served as a Functional Consultant at GoFrugal Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Business Analyst at Argusoft, and a Process Executive/Contact Advisor at Infosys.
