Taylor Kirchwehm

Taylor Kirchwehm is currently the VP of Customer Success at Zype. Prior to this, they worked as an administrative assistant/social media at First Choice Staffing and as a staff writer at Beyond Sports Network. Taylor also interned at HDA, Inc. in publication services.

Taylor has always been driven and proactive in their work. At First Choice Staffing, they were in charge of the reception area and was known for their high volume of calls and excellent customer service skills. Taylor would also search job boards and the internet for applicants. Not only that, but they created and publicized job advertisements on all company social media platforms as well as generate original content for the company blog.

At Beyond Sports Network, they were passionate about writing quality content that embodied the company slogan: “For Athletes, By Athletes”. Taylor would coordinate and conduct personal interviews with college football athletes to produce magazine articles. Taylor also collaborated with the CEO to formulate new and best practices for the company.

During their internship at HDA, Inc., they were able to gain experience in publication services which has helped their in their current role at Zype.

Taylor Kirchwehm is a hardworking and driven individual who has always been committed to their work. Taylor is an excellent communicator and always puts the needs of their customers first. With their experience in customer service, administration, social media, and writing, they are an asset to any team.

Taylor Kirchwehm graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism.
