  • Amazon announced that its CEO and founder, Jeff Bezos, will step down as CEO in Q3 of this year. Bezos will transition to the role of Executive Chair and Andy Jassy, CEO of AWS will take over as CEO. Source | Full story

  • Salesforce promoted former Vlocity CEO David Schmaier to President and CPO. Source | Full story
  • IBM hired Carla Piñeyro Sublett at SVP and CMO. Sublett was previously the CMO at National Instruments. Source | Full story
  • Workday promoted Doug Robinson to EVP of Global Sales. Source
  • Checkout.com hired Ott Kaukver as CTO and Nick Worswick as Chief Revenue Officer. Kaukver previously was the CTO of Twilio and Worswick joined from WeWork. Source

  • Paradox announced that David Pluto has been named Chief Strategy Officer. Pluto was previously the VP of Corporate Strategy for SAP. Source
  • SAP promoted Irfan Khan as the President of SAP HANA and Analytics. Khan previously was the President of SAP’s Platform and Technologies unit. Source
  • Instacart named Asha Sharma as its new COO, effective mid-February. Sharma was previously Facebook’s VP of product for the company’s private communications services. Source

  • WP Engine appointed Tarsha McCormick as VP of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Culture and Engagement. McCormick joins the team from ThoughtWorks where she was the North American Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Social Change. Source
  • Colt Technology Services promoted Mirko Voltolini to VP of Strategy and Innovation. Voltolini was previously Colt's Global Head of Network On Demand. Source
  • ARInsights appointed Andy Zimmerman as CEO. Prior to joining, Zimmerman was the Head of Marketing for Salesforce Interaction Studio. Source
  • Adaptive Biotechnologies promoted its CTO, Mark Adams, to COO. Source
  • CloudMD hired Kristine Heckman VP Clinic Operations. Heckman was previously VP of Clinic Operations with Lifemark Health. Source
  • HG Insights announced the appointment of SaaS veteran leader Mark Richards as Chief Revenue Officer. Richards previously served as CRO at Nintex. Source
  • TekSynap appointed Pete Brady as Chief Growth Officer. Brady previously was a SVP at BlueWater Federal. Source

  • ECI Software Solutions promoted Trevor Gruenewald to CEO, Sarah Hagan has been promoted to President and COO and Ron Books, former CEO transitioned to Chairman of ECI’s board. Source
  • Five9 hired Panos Kozanian as new EVP Cloud Operations. Kozanian formerly worked at Cisco as an engineering and operations executive. Source
  • SingleStore hired Oliver Schabenberger as Chief Innovation Officer. Previously, Schabenberger was the COO and CTO at SAS. Source
  • Jumio appointed Mark Reeves as VP of EMEA Revenue and Micah Willbrand as VP of Product for AML services. Reeves joined from Carbon Black (a VMWare company) and Willbrand joined from Experian. Source
  • archTis named Kurt Mueffelmann as its global COO. Mueffelmann was previously the CEO of Nucleus Cyber. Source
