Anita Waters

Anita Waters has over 15 years of experience in HR roles. Anita is currently the Head of People Business Partnering at 10x Banking, where they oversee strategic people plans. Prior to that, Anita worked at Avon as an HR Business Partner, supporting the UK Commercial Business and HR Leadership Team, as well as the EMEA IT and Supply Chain functions. Before Avon, they held the position of HR Advisor at Baker Tilly, where they partnered with senior management and worked on strategic and operational HR initiatives. Anita also has experience as an HR Advisor at Saint-Gobain Weber UK and the South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. Anita began their career as an HR Assistant at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Anita Waters attended Kingsbrook School from 1993 to 2000, where they completed their GCSE's and A Levels. Anita then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Management at London South Bank University from 2000 to 2003.
