Shellie Schultz

Shellie Schultz has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the telecommunications and customer service industries. Shellie currently serves as the President & Chief Operating Officer at 11T Services since December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer/Integrator at 11T Services from March 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining 11T Services, Schultz worked at iMobile LLC as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Enhancement from July 2018 to March 2020. Shellie was responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

Schultz also held positions at Brightstar Corp., where they served as the Head of Accessories (US and Canada) from June 2016 to July 2018. In this role, they oversaw sales, operations, and marketing activities across the US and Canada regions. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at OFFWIRE (now Brightstar) from May 2013 to June 2016, where they collaborated with the CEO to streamline operations and improve performance across all business units.

Earlier in their career, Schultz worked at Alorica, where they held multiple leadership roles. Shellie served as the Vice President of Sales at West Corporation from June 2010 to May 2013, where they developed and executed go-to-market strategies for a division of the company. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations at West Asset Management from May 2007 to June 2010, overseeing revenue budgeting, profit and loss management, and executive leadership of various teams.

Shellie Schultz completed their Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies at the College of Saint Mary from 1991 to 1993. Shellie then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1999 to 2001.
