Tom French

Tom French has a solid work experience in the field of project and process management, particularly in the medical device industry. Tom began their career as a Research Assistant at Pfizer, where they focused on competitor analysis and device development projects. Tom then worked as a Device Development Scientist at Mylan, where they contributed to manufacturing improvement processes and developed a defect logging procedure. After that, they joined 3P innovation Limited as a Project Engineer, working on drug delivery device design and development projects. Tom later took on the role of Project Manager at the same company, leading a team of engineers on medical device projects and providing expertise in design for manufacturing and design for assembly. Most recently, they hold the position of Head of Process Technology at 3P innovation Limited.

Tom French attended Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys from 2003 to 2010. Tom then went on to study at Loughborough University from 2011 to 2017, earning a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Engineering.
