Jan Betz

Jan Betz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and service delivery across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Account Management at 5CA since May 2022, Jan previously held various leadership roles at Conduent from April 2015 to April 2022, including Director of Account Management and Service Delivery Director. Jan's earlier career includes significant contributions at Xerox from June 2010 to March 2015, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR outsourcing services and leading teams in a shared service environment. Jan also gained valuable experience at Polartec, TopBUYers, and Affiliated Computer Services. Jan holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Zuyd Hogeschool and participated in an International Business Exchange Program at Missouri State University.
