Kasia Molenda has a diverse work experience history. Kasia started their career as an Assistant Content Manager at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where they conducted cultural research and substantiated campaign claims for the truth® brand. Kasia then worked as a Cognitive Anthropologist, assisting in developing brand communications strategies for various brands such as Burger King and Old Navy.

Moving on, Kasia worked as a Brand Strategist at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners before joining 72andSunny as a Freelance Strategist. Kasia played a vital role in developing campaigns for Samsung Mobile USA and served as a cultural inspiration for the team.

Kasia later joined EVB as a Freelance Brand Strategist, where they focused on developing digital strategies for Extra Gum and DelMonte pet foods. Kasia also conducted qualitative research on the natural pet food category.

Following their time at EVB, Kasia joined Barkley as a Freelance Brand Strategist, leading strategic thinking for new product development and packaging assignments for multiple Jarden brands.

Finally, Kasia returned to 72andSunny as a Strategy Director, where they led the Strategy team for Allstate & Pluto TV. Kasia also worked on the truth account and other clients like Carls Jr.

Kasia Molenda attended the University of Miami Herbert Business School from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management. During the same time period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management at the University of Miami.
