Darryl Gay

Darryl Gay has diverse experience in various roles related to information security and system administration. Darryl is currently working as a Senior Information Security Analyst (Ops) at 9th Way Insignia, where they demonstrate knowledge of the Federal Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST Security Engineering Standards. Darryl also uses eMASS for testing, validation, control review, compliance reporting, and FISMA reporting. Additionally, they validate data in accordance with various governance risk compliance systems in support of the A&A process and ATO meetings.

Prior to their current role, Darryl held positions as a Cyber Security Engineer at MKS2 Technologies and as a Senior Systems Administrator at Tetra Tech. Darryl also worked as a Systems Administrator at Inteva Products, EDS Corporation, and Nucor Steel Tuscaloosa, Inc. Darryl had the role of Vice President/Chief Information Security Officer at Journey In Motion and served as a Senior Pastor at The Tabernacle of Tuscaloosa.

Darryl Gay attended The University of Alabama from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Statistics.
