Fatema Afrin

Fatema Afrin has been working as a Customer Service Executive since November 2016, gaining experience in managing incoming calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating sales leads to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Prior to their current position at AB Bank Limited, Fatema worked at Bangladesh Eye Hospital Ltd and BRAC-Aarong. Fatema holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from lalmatia Mohila College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from BIM.
