Karen Dicke is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in operational finance and business partnership across various industries. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner for Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Abcam since April 2020, Karen has previously held roles such as Manager of Operations Finance at Slade Gorton & Co, Inc., where impactful financial models and forecasting tools were developed.
