Ying Chen

Ying Chen, PhD has experience in spearheading cell engineering projects using CRISPR/Cas9 at abcam as a Cell Engineering Pipeline Manager. Prior to that, as a Scientific Project Manager, Ying led cell engineering projects in cancer cell lines. Ying also worked as a Senior Research Associate at UC Berkeley Extension and Lansing Community College as an Adjunct Instructor in Human Anatomy and Physiology. At Michigan State University, Ying was an Assistant Professor in Stem Cell Biology, where Ying managed a research lab, taught clinical skills, and conducted academic research in Stem Cell Biology and Molecular Biology. Currently pursuing an MBA at Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
