Later, they worked as a System Analyst at Dragasur Ingeniería y Servicios from 2015 to 2018, where they automated internal business processes and provided technical solutions.

In 2018, Juan joined Tsoft as a Senior BI Consultant, focusing on implementing and supporting Tableau software for clients. Juan Luis also developed corporate dashboards for various departments and played a key role in the digital transformation of the company.

From 2019 to 2021, Juan worked at Falabella as a Data Visualization Lead, responsible for administering analytics platforms and developing analytics products for different business units across various countries.
