Luthfi Rochmatika

Luthfi Rochmatika is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and human capital management. Currently serving as the Division Head of Talent Acquisition and Assessment at PT ABM Investama Tbk. since June 2023, Luthfi is responsible for finding suitable candidates across the ABM Group’s business units and standardizing the recruitment process. Previously, Luthfi held the position of Human Capital Business Partner Manager at PT Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Group) from November 2019 to August 2023, where strategic HR initiatives and compliance with government regulations were key responsibilities. Luthfi also served as HR Business Partner Lead at PT Mega Mahadana Hadiya, managing a comprehensive range of HR processes and reporting directly to the CEO. Additional roles include Training and Development Assistant Manager, Management Development Manager, and Back Office Administration at PT. Bank DKI. Luthfi holds a Master’s Degree in Economics Sharia from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business and Management from IPB University.
