Libby Wang

Libby Wang has extensive experience in operations and production roles. Libby began their career in 2006 as an Operation Assistant and Operations Intern at Huawei. In 2009, they joined Tarte Cosmetics as a Production Assistant and held this role for four years. In 2013, they moved to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as an Operations Department Specialist. In 2016, they became the Associate Director of Operations at ILIA Beauty. In 2017, they were promoted to Director of Operations at OUAI. In 2019, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at Kosas. In 2021, they became Co-Founder of about-face beauty.

Libby Wang attended Central South University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Economics in Economics. From 2008 to 2010, they attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they earned a Master of Professional Studies in Global Fashion Management and Luxury Management. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Columbia Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
