Lucia Wang

Lucia Wang has a wealth of experience in operations and production. Lucia began their career in 2006 as an Operations Assistant and Operations Intern at Huawei. In 2009, they were a Production Assistant at Tarte Cosmetics, and then in 2013, they became an Operations Department Specialist at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. In 2014, they were an Operations Manager and Associate Manager of Operations at Too Faced Cosmetics. In 2016, they became an Associate Director of Operations at ILIA Beauty, and in 2017, they were a Director of Operations at OUAI. In 2019, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Kosas, and in 2021, they became the Co-Founder of about-face beauty.

Lucia Wang holds a Bachelor of Economics from Central South University, obtained between 2002 and 2006. Lucia then obtained a Master of Professional Studies from the Fashion Institute of Technology between 2008 and 2010, with a focus on Global Fashion Management and Luxury Management. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Columbia Business School between 2011 and 2013, with a focus on Business Administration, Management and Operations.
