Undine Wang

Undine Wang has worked in various roles in the beauty industry since 2006. Undine began their career at Huawei as an Operation Assistant and Operations Intern. In 2009, they joined Tarte Cosmetics as a Production Assistant and held the same role until 2013. That year, they moved to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as an Operations Department Specialist. In 2014, they joined Too Faced Cosmetics as an Operations Manager and Associate Manager of Operations. In 2016, they became the Associate Director of Operations at ILIA Beauty. In 2017, they moved to OUAI as the Director of Operations and in 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Kosas. In 2021, they co-founded about-face beauty.

Undine Wang attended Central South University from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Economics in Economics. Undine then attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010, obtaining a Master of Professional Studies in Global Fashion Management and Luxury Management. Finally, they attended Columbia Business School from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
