Raju Chand

Raju Chand is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining environments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at ABSTEAK BY CHEF AKIRA BACK since April 2022, Raju previously excelled as Sous Chef at Akira Back W Dubai the Palm from October 2018. Raju’s culinary journey includes a significant role as Chef De Partie at Akiraback JW Marriott from September 2013 to April 2018 and as Line Chef at Jaypee Hotels & Resorts from September 2012 to August 2013. Raju holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Culinary Management from Punjab Technical University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
