Tas Jalali

Tas Jalali has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technology. Starting in 2001 at Qualys and continuing through roles at McAfee, Securenode Inc, and AC Transit, where they held leadership positions. Tas has also been involved in founding and serving on the board of directors of Smashon, Inc. More recently, they have taken on roles at California State University, Chico and the American Public Transportation Association, focusing on emerging and innovative technology and serving on advisory councils.

Tas Jalali holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Harvard University. They also obtained a degree in Cybersecurity with a focus on Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from the same institution. Alongside their academic qualifications, Tas has acquired multiple certifications in various areas of security including CISM, Certified Ethical Hacker, CISSP, and CCNA, among others.
