Rafal Jaworski

Rafal Jaworski has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Rafal is currently the Head of Cybersecurity at Macrobond Financial since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Cybernite from November 2020. In 2023, they became a Member of the Supervisory Board at CISO #Poland.

From 2016 onwards, Rafal has been the Managing Director (Proxy) at Kadrowiec.eu, where they implemented web-based solutions and optimized outsourcing services. Rafal was also the Chief Operating Officer at ProtectHut from January 2021 to September 2021, where they managed cybersecurity projects, audits, and compliance. Prior to that, they served as the Cybersecurity Business Director at ProtectHut for a short period in 2020.

Rafal gained financial industry experience at Citi, where they worked as a Senior Manager from December 2019 to December 2020. Before that, they held roles as a Senior Financial Market Specialist and Financial Market Specialist from 2014 to 2019. Rafal started their career at Thomson Reuters as a Marketing Partner and later worked as an Official Partner in innovative markets analysis.

Additionally, Rafal has experience in the foreign exchange industry, working as an FX Consultant (Manager) at Trader Team from 2009 to 2014. Rafal also served as an Investment Agent (Introducing Broker) at FxPro in 2012 and City Credit Capital in 2010.

Rafal Jaworski completed a postgraduate degree in Cybersecurity Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in the period of 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk between 2012 and 2014. Rafal also holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same institution, Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk, which they obtained during the years 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Rafal Jaworski completed their Swedish for Immigrants (SFI/IVIK) education at Mölledalsgymnasiet (Malmö), attaining the "Complete - D (B1)" level. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Security+ certification from CompTIA in September 2019.
