Kassie Schaare

Kassie Schaare has a diverse range of work experience. Kassie started their career in 2011 as a Student Advocate at Lincoln Academy. In 2014, they worked as a Receptionist at Orange County BMW and as a Youth Counselor at St. John Bosco's Child and Family Services. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Vocational Counselor at Access: Supports for Living. Since 2018, they have been working at Advance Care Alliance of New York, initially as a Care Manager and currently as the Assistant Director of Care Management. In their roles at Advance Care Alliance, they have been responsible for providing assessments, developing and monitoring Life Plans, accessing services, and ensuring the health, safety, and rights of individuals, while adhering to guidelines and regulations such as HIPPA and Department of Health requirements.

Kassie Schaare obtained an Advanced Regents Diploma from Port Jervis High School in 2005-2009. Following high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Utica University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Recently, Kassie completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2020 to 2022.
