Gary Wylie

Gary Wylie has extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly in nuclear power and continuous improvement methodologies. Currently semi-retired, Wylie serves as Managing Partner and Senior Management Consultant at Accelerant Solutions, where involvement includes managing the Abu Dhabi branch and leading significant projects for the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation. Previous roles at DTE Energy, FirstEnergy, and Ford Motor Company highlight expertise in project management, training accreditation, lean manufacturing, and operational improvement. Notable contributions include developing error-proofing methodologies, implementing training programs, and facilitating cultural changes within organizations.
